Warranty Policy
All Firstlink products are protected under a warranty of up to 24 months:
- HGV Discs and drums – 24 months or 60,000 miles (96,000 km)
- HGV Pads (Heavy Duty) – 12 months or 40,000 miles (64,000 km)
- HGV Pads (Premium Plus) – 12 months or 38,000 miles (60,000 km)
- HGV Pads (Premium) – 12 months or 32,000 miles (51,200 km)
- Brake chambers: 24 months or 60,000 miles (96,000 km)
- LCV and Car Discs and drums – 24 months or 30,000 miles (48,000 km)
- LCV and Car Pads (Heavy Duty) - 24 months or 30,000 miles (48,000 km)
- LCV and Car Pads (Premium) – 24 months or 25,000 miles (40,000 km)
Warranty claims are usually processed within 10 working days, but can take up to 30 days. If a replacement is required immediately, a new product can be purchased, and we will refund the difference once the claim has been approved.
If any goods supplied are faulty due to defects in workmanship or materials, we will replace them if possible, or issue a refund if no longer available, provided that:
- They are returned to us within 14 days commencing from the day of receipt
- They have been correctly stored
- They have not been altered
- They have not been damaged while in your care
We do not take responsibility for consequential loss or damage caused by any of the above.
In either case, Firstlink Ltd will pay for the cost of postage.
